I’ll say I have been to this location several times before, but this visit was a little unpleasant. I ended up getting fries that were somewhat cold. They were able to replace them in a timely matter, but then I heard one the employees causing an argument that had one employee walked out. Most of the employees today were talking so unprofessionally, and they are representing Bojangles. They need to do better than this, and expect better from. Those running their locations. Overall, it was an OK visit. But, it could be better. Much better.

Best thing that has happened in fast food at the Opelika area in a long time! So happy for a wonderful chicken biscuit every time!!! Also they are always friendly and ready to help if you are feeling confused about what you want!!!!

Went to visit the location on this morning thinking I was going to have me some chicken strips & cheese grits to ONLY be informed “It’s Breakfast” which everyone doesn’t only eat “Breakfast” food in the am! I’ve visited this location several mornings & I’ve ordered the same thing and NOW it’s an issue! For that I’m by passing Bojangles. Thankful for Jack’s I was able to get my breakfast this morning!
