It was a Sunday morning 2/23/2021, I was the 1st. Costumer of the day upon being let in the store by the manager I had a note in my hand and needed assistance, as I was opening the note I was told by th manager I don’t have time to help you the store just opened you can go back there and get it yourself. So I went to look for what I wanted and another person came into the store and that same manager said hi may I help you.so this Bob’s true value is located in the hood and don’t like black people. This day age and time. Not a good store

Yeah… hate going to the big box retailers and would rather spend my money locally but the rudeness and lack of help at this location just turns me off… not sure if it’s just the culture of the younger generation (all those working at the time) or whatever, but I’ll never go there again… been going there all my life too… never again

I have lived in the Valley my whole life. Recently the service has not been good at all. I use to like to give my business to a small local shop that my grandfather and I used for years, but the customer service has been terrible. I was given misinformation on products that I had to return twice and my wife was sluffed off and ignored when asking for assistance. Go to City Hardware on Geddes St. instead. They’re soo nice and accommodating.
