We purchased an entertainment center on January 22, 2021. Six days later when they delivered it one of the parts was broken. The second time, they came six days later with the wrong part. The third time, eight days later, they came with the wrong part again. This time they told us it would be three weeks before they could come back the fourth time with the part. Rather than wait three more weeks for it to be delivered, we went and picked it up ourselves at the warehouse even though we had paid $150 to have it delivered. It was over an hour drive to the warehouse. There were no apologies from anyone for all the hassle we had to go through to get what we purchased. We are very disgusted with the service we received. We would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from them.
