I walked into Bob’s furniture store Oxnard Esplanade. Referred to me by my daughter she just bought a sectional from them, I’ve been looking for a sofa for my mothers home long time coming to have hers replaced. Niko greeted me as I entered welcomed me. I said hello I told him I was looking for sofas he directed me in the right direction. I immediately saw the one I liked wanted to purchase. It would fit in my moms living room. Nico provided details and pricing.I told him I needed to go one more place when I returned he had left for the day. I ran into Manuel. He was very nice and was very helpful and also was able to complete the purchase of my sofa. I happy to get it sent in one week!!

Ordered our couch from here last week, great prices, helpful staff. Shannon helped us out and answered all our questions. Just be aware due to covid, orders are backed up so you might be waiting 1-2 months to get your furniture.

Manuel was a really big help. Me and my wife speak more Spanish and him being being bilingual was very helpful and it made things go more smoothly. We weren’t sure if certain if two different furniture pieces were going to match each other and he went out of his way and put both of the furniture pieces together to see if we liked how it looked together. We overall had a great experience.
