Raina at Bob’s Discount Furniture in Huntington Beach was AWESOME!!! She greeted us as soon as we walked in. I let her know exactly what I was looking for. She took me right to the section and let me browse. She came back to check on me and I let her know I was still browsing. She gave me ample time to look and came back just when I had some questions. I let her know what was catching my eye and also what I was able to do financially. She understood and helped me see what we can do. I never felt pressured from her, or any of the other staff at this location. If you make it out there, ask for Raina!!!

I had never set foot in a Bob’s store until today. I needed to purchase some items for my mothers’s new apartment and she has a tight budget . I was very impressed with the selection of items I had to choose from within her budget. Our sales associate, Liz, was super helpful and attentive. I never felt pressured to buy more or go more expensive. Every item I chose Liz quickly looked up to make sure it was in stock before we added it to the cart. Lastly, I was very impressed that at the end – before credit card was run – a manager came over and independently confirmed my order and contact info. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

Giovanni from Bobs has been nothing but helpful and extremely smart and kind. He has guided us throughout our entire buying process at Bobs and has kept us updated on everything we need to know about our furniture. Our move in dates have been rocky but they have been working with us throughout the whole thing. We needed to buy a lot of furniture and Gio made it very easy for us. (Also wanted to thank Jonathon) as well for his help. It has been such a great experience and I have to say the prices were amazing as well. They will definitely continue to have our business for as long as we live.
