I went with my family to Bob’s today to look for a couch my mom saw on a television commercial. As soon as we came in, Anthony greeted us and asked if we had any questions. We looked around and found the sofa we were looking for. We even got the rug that was with the display: Anthony came by and asked if we had any questions and we were able to get the sofa. He was so helpful and explained every item on the receipt. I will definitely come back again. Customer service and the products are great.

We are so excited at the amazing value, quality pieces, and a wide variety of items to select from. They have all the latest trends and are on point with their selection. We are so thankful for Lidiam our Sales Associate who was honest, informative, enjoyable to work with and didn’t make us feel pressured at all. Edwin the manager was also very fun to speak with and added tremendous value to our conversation. We spent over three hours over two visits and ended up purchasing a whole bedroom set that my wife is so happy with. Now she won’t mention needing a new set every night. What a problem solver for every marriage. I highly recommend Bob’s. A final call out to Jake as well who was great!

We went in knowing what we wanted. Unfortunately, as with a lot of furniture stores, they were out of stock on a few things. But we ordered them to arrive in October. Maybe they will come sooner. Laura assisted us. She was very nice and helpful. The manager was also very nice. The only issue is that the prices went up a lot over the past month. The manager said he’d give me $100 off but it was not taken off. Also, we spent $4500, you’d think we would get free delivery. But we were charged $330. I usually don’t like shopping at stores that work on commission because they tend to follow you around. But I like the stuff they have in bobs.
