Horrible customer service at this location! Ordered to pick up a dining table set at the store and we got no help in loading the items in the vehicle ! I am glad I did not end up going by myself and my husband went otherwise I would not know what to do. Keep in mind the total weight for everything was over 200pds for one person to load themselves is ridiculous!!!

This was my first time shopping at Bob’s Discount Store and I must say it was a great experience!! We waited 5 min to get in, so not bad. We were then greeted & tested before coming in. Super friendly staff. We were then greeted by Mary & she was amazing! She helped us find our dinning table. She answered all our question & made suggestions to help us with our decision. The check out was speedy & I must say this was the best experience at a furniture store. Thank you to Mary!!
