Had the best experience buying a mattress for my parents. Raymond isn’t your typical salesman that just wants to push you to buy. He takes the time to inform you on everything need to know in order for you to make the right decision on what is best for you. He was very helpful and walked us through all the health benefits when you get the right mattress that fits your needs. Thanks Raymond for taking care of us and we’ll definitely be coming back!!

I walked in and was immediately greeted with a sales representative named Edwin. Super cool dude. Asked asked what is it that we were interested in and luckily we already knew what we had in mind. He took us to the sofa recliner area and informed us on the types of warranty, delivery, and made us more knowledgeable on the sofa recliner‘s. How we can modify them and change them to the way we want them. Even informed us how literally every recliner in the sectional can become motorized. Added it to our cart and gave us a break so that way we can look at the dining room sets. Once we are ready we checked in with him and unfortunately we did not find anything they are specifically and did not know measurements so we could not pick up a dining set. But Took our order and inform disability 35 day wait Due to Covid and would let us know on the follow up. Greatly appreciate his help. Would recommend stopping by.

My Emerson charcoal headboard and frame was delivered today. After the frame and headboard was assembled correctly I noticed a 5-6 inch gap between the headboard and mattress. I contacted customer service to share my concern. They intern told me there is usually 1-2 inches space on either side of the mattress for a comforter which makes no sense. I am 6’3, 225 lbs and I was able to comfortably stand in the frame in-between the mattress and headboard. That is how much extra space there is. I was told there is nothing they can do because of COVID-19 and the safety of their staff, which is understandable. I was further notified that I would be contacted when the stores open back up. Whats ironic is I can pay for someone to come in my home during COVID-19 to assemble the bed, but no one can come and deliver a proper fitting frame, take a look at the issue or send a new bed. Oh and you can’t return the bed once it is in the home. How convenient is that. I recommend waiting to purchase once the stores open up. If you have any issues with your product especially manufactured issues there is nothing that can be done and the company will not do anything to help or assist.
