When I brought my car to Bob’s with battery issues, I expected it to get fixed. After spending hundreds on a new alternator, I brought it home, problem seemingly solved. Unfortunately, two days later, the car would once again not start, and after getting a jump, was clearly undrivable with the power to the lights, engine, steering and breaks, pulsing and inconsistent. I called to report the issue and ask for a tow, I mean how could they have sent me home with an even worse problem than I had before? A few days later, I was told it was likely a battery issue and upon settlement of the bill, I was charged for the tow. Of course I protested, why is it my responsibility to pay for a tow after they sent me home with a broken vehicle? His response: How could I have known you had battery issues when we gave it back to you? HELLO?! That’s why I brought it in to begin with. I won’t be returning and I urge you to AVOID this money pit at all costs!

My first experience with Bob’s and he was very quick to respond. I called to have my ac compressor replaced, very honest, reasonable price. They made my appointment the very next day. Great customer service. Trustworthy place to bring your car! I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
