Wife and I were out driving around and decided to look at a Gladiator they had on their lot. We had no intention to buy at all, just look. The salesman that greeted us was extremely kind. He just showed us the vehicle and asked very politely if they could run the numbers on our trade and see if perhaps I liked them. He did not pressure us or anything. The sales managers, finance manager and the other sales associates were all very nice. Not your regular, big city sales people that don’t care about their customers. Called to make an offer on a car. They said they could do it. We called and verified many times with them that they could do this deal. We drive the one and a half hours to get there. We test drive and look over the car. We start doing the paperwork and I notice they have the old price on the paperwork so I ask we are doing it for the $21,000 out the door right? He replies yes and writes it on the paperwork to take to the advisor. After that he had a delivery he was very late for, so someone else stepped in knowing we had a deal for 21,000 out the door. He runs off and comes back and tells us they can’t do that deal. So not only did they waste several hours of our time and patience they lied and pretended we had a deal knowing they couldn’t take it. On a vehicle they will not sell at that price. All they are is greedy and want as much money as they can con out of you.

It should tell you something when a man puts his name behind his business. Bobby Ford has done just that! We live in California and sent our daughter to Texas for college. The pandemic made it difficult for her to get around and we certainly didn’t want her using rideshare apps if we could avoid it. So we were faced with the dilemma of having to purchase a car from California while she is in Texas. Bobby and his partner John Pike made this a simple and enjoyable transaction. Whatever department I worked with at this dealership was courteous, professional and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort during this whole transaction. The icing on the cake was when we got an exceptional price on our jeep! If I could possibly award more than five stars I would do it and I would encourage anyone looking for a Dodge Chrysler or Jeep to go see Bobby and his team! You’ll be happy you did!
