I know absolutely NOTHING about fly fishing when I entered, but left with a better understanding with the help of Marriott’s awesome staff. Bill helped me out and guided me to the things I need for a quick fishing trip I had this weekend and because of him, eased my nerves on what to expect. This place is definitely a must-go-to-establishment based on customer service and if I enjoy my trip, I will defiantly be back to see Bill.

Ordered eleven items through their online store. All eleven items showed as in-stock when I placed the order. Got a call the next day saying that only three of those items were actually in-stock and that the remaining eight items would ship out in 2-3 weeks. Got charged for all the items up front. Didn’t hear anything for four weeks, when I cancelled the order for the remaining eight items. Either extremely disorganized inventory system, or intentionally misleading.Reply to Business Response: Ah yes, apologies, pretty foolish of me to think that when an item shows as In Stock on your website, that you actually have it in stock. And then still charge me up front, even when you don’t have it in stock. Guess I should have done more investigative diligence to better understand your business practices.
