In the last 5 take out orders 3 have been bad. We normally order about a hour before they close because we eat late. Well don’t! My food is always unacceptable, but my partner’s 50% of the time. Now, today I thought I’ll get breakfast and shouldn’t have any issues. Wrong! My food was missing the main ingredients and the container it was in was completely greasy on the outside, but my dog enjoyed it. Thanks, but NO thanks. I’m done with Bob Evan’s restaurant.

We had a wonderful time as a family. Great food. Great service. Restaurant was a little chilly, wear a jacket! We even got some goodies to go! Can’t wait to go back!

I am sad to say I am very disappointed in the customer service at this restaurant. I was on a trip, staying at the hotel next door and looking forward to a meal here. Upon entering the restaurant, a young girl was trying to help a woman with a carry out order, but appeared not to know how to work in this area. After going into the kitchen 3 times, she went into the bathroom to get the girl who was working this area. The first girl walked away and the one who came out of the bathroom told the woman her order would be ready soon. She never acknowledged me. A couple walked in the door and she looked at them and asked “how many are dining”. I spoke up and said “I am”. She stated I would have to wait a minute and turned back to the couple. I opted to walk out. I am very sad as I have always been pleased with the food and service at Bob Evan’s restaurants, but after today, I doubt I will step foot in this one again. Hopefully the manager will see this and educate the girl so other customers are not overlooked or ignored as I was.
