I went into BMW of Hudson Valley to purchase an X5 for my wife’s 50th birthday. I was greeted warmly by General Manager Anu and Client Advisor Laci. Laci was very attentive and accommodating. She offered to bring the X5 to my home so that my wife would be surprised. Balloons and ribbon attached my wife was very surprised and happy! Thank you Anu and Laci!.
