I purchased a BMW X6 here on March 30th, 2021, my first payment due for the finance was the 29th of April. Its been 2 months, and the dealership still has not finalized the loan. The bank told me im fully preapproved and all the dealership has to do is send in a final form that is missing and then I will be able to start my payments(im also behind on almost two payments now because I was not able to make payments due to the dealerships incompetence on finalizing this loan.This has been a huge headache on just TRYING to pay for a car that I purchased. Why are they making it so difficult for me to PAY for a car?Is it because i did not choose to finance with BMW like how my sales person Jonathan Brignoni tried to trick me into doing? To top all of this, they all started ignoring my emails and calls and I cant get a hold of them. I then spoke to the manager Joe Falcaro who told me everything is okay and set up, 3 weeks later, still nothing.Im willing to change this review if they make it right and actually give me customer service, but from the jump, this dealership has been a huge headache for me.
