Cashier lady was very sweet. The rest of the men employees didn’t even acknowledge I was in the store. I had called about a specific item, located it myself. Then wanted to locate a trap for my bathroom sink. Received no help, ended up getting the wrong one so I’ll have to return it to get my money. Barely any items on the shelves to choose from. I wanted to check on wood fence picket prices but if they don’t wish to assist me because I’m not a contractor or they perceived since I was a woman I wasn’t knowledgeable about anything therefore not worthy of their time or effort. I’m very disappointed in their customer service. No wonder the big box stores are busy. I try to shop locally owned Abilene businesses, but this is one I will avoid.

Both times I have worked with BMC Abilene, it has been a terrible experience…. get a solid written down, signed quote, because they will tell you one price to get the order, then charge you another price when you go to pick up. I would steer you away from this company.
