The store manager, Maria, was extremely kind and helpful. All the personnel I dealt with were informative and seemed to really want to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

Terrible experience. Personnel were rude to my mother and I. The sign outside said free gift with purchase but after making a $50 purchase we discovered the free gift is only if you pay over $200 (and I had to ask the cashier about three times before she replied to my question). My mom wanted a printed receipt for her bookkeeping but they would only do email receipt and my mom didn’t want to get their spam emails so she was stuck without any receipt (and the cashier was impatient explaining it to her, I had to translate her abrupt statements). Because of COVID not only could we not sample things, but we couldn’t even touch the closed items on the shelves at all. We waited for ages while they explained at length every product’s details to two other customers, before we could be given the item we wanted from the shelf that we already knew we wanted when we first walked in. Ridiculous. Not going there ever again. Will have to find someplace else in the area that stocks Bobbi Brown.
