This is a mediocre cappuccino. They one, offer 3 sizes for the cappuccino which makes no sense cause they say they all have the same amount of shots in it. It’s also not artisanal coffee like their photos suggest. The milk is not foamed in a nice way but more like an airport coffee. The coffee it self tastes fine but not worth $6.50. Not even close to the caliber of blue bottle or intelligentsia.

Cute coffee stand! I got a caramel latte and thought it was okay. My aunt for a honey cinnamon latte which was delicious! The barista was a super nice guy. I am visiting from Washington state and it is much colder there than in Palm Springs. It was 100 degrees on the day I went to Bluebird but they have seats in the shade and a mister which made it enjoyable to sit outside and drink an iced coffee.

The coffee here is DELICIOUS. You order from the window. They are cashless. Cards are cleanerThey opened at 8:30 am and there us limited outdoor seating but who cares you will love the coffee.My friend got the Honey Cinnamon Latte. She was raving about it.I always test the coffee by getting a regular drip black. The roast was perfection no bitterness some real robust notes and woke my butt up!!You must have a bluebird dau!!
