I ordered a carrot cake and sugar free cheesecake for a double birthday celebration recently. My dad took one bite of the carrot cake and I heard the moans from across the room. When I say that carrot cake was a amazing, it was TO DIE FOR!! I am not a big fan of icing, but that cream cheese frosting was perfect and not too sweet. The sugar free cheesecake was the creamiest, most delicious cheesecake!!! I couldn’t believe how perfect it tasted and without any funky aftertaste. Ordering and pickup was smooth. I highly recommend the Blue Ribbon Bakery.

The food came out very quick and tasted good. I’m still stuck on this place not serving milk shakes but I didn’t truly need one so it worked in my favor. The ambiance is good if you like old fashioned.

Blue Ribbon is the best! I love a diner where there are 80 things on the menu (even though I usually get the same two or three- the Open Face Turkey Sandwich was my favorite). My kid went to Union College and whenever I was in town I tried to go to Blue Ribbon. The food is good, the service is good and everyone is friendly. The desserts are AMAZING. I have ordered cheesecakes a week in advance to take them back to Connecticut. Their cheesecakes are among the best in the country! I love Blue Ribbon and can’t wait to go back!
