UPDATE: Individual by the name of Mark, just contacted me from the business insulting/harassing me regarding my review(Not 10 minutes after I posted) . Not sure if this is even allowed, but I’ll be contacting the proper channels accordingly. Went on a rant about how I must have no time on my hands to be writing a review like this and a few other things that were similar. So apparently it’s okay for business to harass people who leave honest reviews. I was inclined to make this right which is why thought they called me again, but the guy just called me blurting out whatever he could, and then processed to hang up the on me. Just further proves my point.This review is for Elizabeth Radillo (receptionist/officer administrator). I called 1 month ago inquiring about stains in my apartment(Was referred to them since they are apparently my apartment managements go to carpet people when handling that type of work). The conversation was fine, I gave her all the info she asked for. 3-4 weeks go by, and I hear nothing from her. So I call to follow up, sure enough I am transferred to her as she is the office receptionist/administrator. She tells me she hasn’t been able to get back to me because the owner(who is apparently the only person who can disclose prices) has been out of their office I guess for that whole time. I was fine with that until I asked her for the individuals name being that this is a professional business. This lady completely ignores(intentionally) what I say, asking who I am again, which I respond to. I continue to ask her the name of the individual for my documentation purposes. She once again ignores my question then asks who it is that referred me to them. I once again answer her question. She quickly announces that she will have them contact me as soon as their back and try’s to end the conversation. At this point she’s being completely rude and unprofessional. I go on to ask why she’s not giving me this information as this is a professional business and I was documenting this for myself. I continue to apply pressure because this is clearly the most unprofessional individual I’ve come across for a business in some time. This all happened yesterday. The next day(today) she calls me to follow up because apparently the only guy who can give quotes for recarpeting is back the day after we had this incredibly awkward conversation. She continued to be extremely rude and talking over me the whole time. Even in my worst day’s in the US Navy, people had more professionalism, and integrity when dealing with other individuals. Cant say the same about this person. I can definitely say that my parents and their new home in Glendale will absolutely not be calling them for their entire home carpet overhaul needs. It’s sad I even have to write this review. Seemed like an honest business at first, maybe have somebody who knows how to talk to your clientele respectfully and professionally should be a good start for them. Cant say much about their carpeting job at this point because their phones gatekeeper is absolutely horrid at dealing with people. I’m embarrassed for the company. Will update in the near future…

I’ve come here twice already when they’re supposed to be open, only to find a closed sign. Maybe they leave the store while they go out to lunch or run errands? Oh well, I guess I’ll find a place of business that is open when they’re supposed to!
