Critical: Quality, Responsiveness I have twin daughters that are eleven months old, and BCBS of TX still can’t figure out why they get two bills each time we have a routine checkup for the twins. I’ve had to call multiple times after each visit to get things correct after the claims are denied as duplicate. It is extremely difficult to get through to a live person.

I’m a type 1 diabetic. I’m broke down out of town. I ran out of insulin while here. BCBS refused to cover a prescription for an emergency. They would rather pay an emergency room visit to a hospital than pay for another script. These people don’t care about us. We are a number, not a person. DO NOT do business with these people is you can help it. Go anywhere else!!
