Friendly, knowledgeable staff and excellent selection. High quality, well curated brands. Good layout, very useful and easy to browse arrangement. Customer service is always top notch. If you need help they get you what you need and are very responsive provide great suggestions. But they aren’t helicopter staff; if you just want to browse solo and take your time everyone will leave you alone until you’re ready to purchase. Returns have never been an issue whether it’s from the store or from online. There’s a reason Bloomingdale’s gas the reputation it does. It earned it.
