My mother bought two lanterns for my wedding. I wanted to return them because I found much cheaper and better quality lanterns at Cost Plus. It took over two weeks of dialogue to actually get someone who gave me the return information. Not only that they stated that I needed to use the same box that they came in which was way too big for both of the items, making shipping cost way more than needed. Not only would I have to pay for return shipping I would have to pay 15 percent for restocking fee. WHAT A JOKE. I just kept the lanterns realizing that it would cost over $70 to return the items.

I gave it one star because I had to give it some rating or this comment wouldn’t appear. They don’t even deserve that. All I wanted was one bamboo placemat for an Easter dinner table. I’ve been waiting two weeks and they blame me because I used a po box when ordering on line. No where was there any mention of this during the ordering process. Never received confirmation of shipping without a call from me and then no mention of the pobx then. Today they wanted me to contact Fed Ex. What in God’s name is happening to this world. Good customer satisfaction??????????????????????? They don’t understand the theory.
