My husband went into this office this morning to register his boat and trailer. He had all required paperwork. He was treated VERY rudely, and said the other customers in the office were treated just as badly.Hopefully, the people working in this office are aware that they are employees whose wages are paid by us, the taxpayers. AND, that the people who walk through their doors are customers. There should be a customer protocol of:1. Greet the customer in a friendly manner.2. Ask the customer what they can help them with.3. Complete the required service4. Thank the customerThis service protocol and training is obviously lacking in your office. Please rectify this situation. Rude employees should be let go. There is no excuse for taxpayers to be treated badly.
