I don’t know how this dealership has such high reviews. As a sales manager of a RV dealership with the highest review ratings in our region is why I chose to contact this dealership to purchase a new truck. They don’t honor their advertised price ( I knew I was going to pay $1k more since I was not financing through ford and what ever their doc fee is). I was priced $2,100.04 higher than their advertised price ( It was actually $3,100.04 but I knew I was losing the $1k finance rebate.) Then they charge another $191.05 non tax fee on top of their doc fee. When Chad Nickels called me to go over the pricing he said their employees that post the pricing, priced that one wrong… Funny thing is their other ones must be priced wrong too be cause they are the same as the truck I was interested in. Chad Nickels said his manager, Austin Rice was not going any lower. Chad was nice about the situation, however this is not how you should conduct business. I definitely wouldn’t. I am attaching photos for proof because they are going to change their pricing online. It’s a shame because I would have bought that truck today. Still would if they honored that price…

He made the entire process easy and smooth which when purchasing a vehicle online speaks volumes!!Dealership was clean and manager friendly and fast!! We were in and out the door with our car in under 30 minutes (not including a zippy little test drive we took:-)!Great experience and worth the drive (we are in Plano) for customer service alone!
