Blackthorn pool and spa, created a customer experience that was above and beyond expectations.The sales staff was knowledgeable, accessible, patient and attentive to my needs as a customer. Answering all questions and concerns confidently with clear understanding. Our unique situation at first glance was going to be difficult, to arrange all the necessary things to accomplish changing out old equipment for new. The staff made every attempt to minimize roadblocks, through communication and honest sales practices.After a short wait delivery day was here. The crew of 5 showed up on time and ready to accommodate my customer needs. The challenges were overcome by teamwork, the leadership was easily recognized and the work was performed in an organized and professional manner. They all followed the example of the owner (my salesperson) and represented the brand at a high level of excellence.This is by far the best service you’ll find in the area. Start to finish.

Great group of people at Blackthorne Pools & Spas!William was my sales person and he answered many many questions before I decided which spa to go with.They made the process very streamlined and easy, it truly was a breeze.Dave and Gabe the delivery crew were also very helpful and answered all my questions when it showed up.My only advice to anyone considering a spa is do not hesitate.The sooner you order, the sooner you’ll get your spa as they sell out fast.I found out the hard way and had to wait for a new batch to come in.Thanks William and crew, my new spa is a life saver!!

Helpful salesperson and delivery people. Decent price. Wish they would have been more communicative about expected delivery date; we waited 8 months with several (COVID-related?) delays, and only got an update when we initiated contact. The tub is here now and we are happy with it. Overall, I recommend Blackthorne.
