I made an appointment with Scott by securely submitting my security deposit of $150.00.3 days before my appointment, my boss tells me that because of the hospital taking a huge loss – due to covid, they will be reducing my work hours. I reached out to Scott (3 days prior to my appointment) to let him know that right now is not the time to move forward with it and he responded by saying that, so better we cancel it leaving a hole in my schedule.I didn’t even get to meet him in person or get to have artwork done by him — the best part is that HE DID NOT EVEN RETURN my deposit back nor cared to respond to my email.He is not professional and it is unfortunate that black Sheep Tattoo has a scam of an artist representing them.
