Critical: Punctuality, Quality Got a tattoo from Fernando. It’s bruised so badly that now after 5 weeks it’s still bruised up bad. It looks like big blue blob now. Tattooist not friendly at all and didn’t even come talk to me for about and hour after being there. I didn’t know if he knew I was there. Very unfriendly. Won’t ever go back or recommend.
