BEWARE. I was stuck in Plainview after having emergency surgery and my best friend out of state ordered a beautiful bouquet. When they got delivered and I sent her a picture they were NOTHING like what she ordered.When she called to ask about it they said that was all they had, they didn’t have the flowers she requested. She at first offered to remake them, but then called back and said sorry they wouldn’t be able to and told her they would refund her a whole $10..Another friend from out of state did basically the same thing, ordered and then called to see if I got them, NO FLOWERS, NO CALL, NOTHING. she called the next day and they told her they didn’t have the flowers she ordered, and it would be a few days before they could deliver them. She told them to forget it.Bad customer service. The first flowers they delivered only lived about 4 days. I would look at another shop for your flower needs.

I live out of town and ordered the Deal of the Day flowers online to be delivered to my mother’s work for her birthday. I had no idea what they would look like, the size, ect when placing the order, yet they were delivered at an early enough time in the day and they were beyond my expectation! Great job Black Forest Floral, the arrangement is so beautiful especially for the price!

Bad bad business!! I wont spend my money here ever again! My mother lives in the next town over. I had them make a delivery. The cost for flowers was quite high but hey its Mother’s Day so I had to do it. Tack on $15 for delivery fee and now it’s up to $70 just for basic flowers. The kicker is they came by her house and since my 85 yr old mom didn’t make it to the door in time they left a note saying they missed her. No flowers delivered. Who doesn’t just leave the flowers on the porch anymore? I live out of state so I needed this delivery for her special day. So I call them and they said she would have to come pick them up. This was supposed to be special and with a delivery. She shouldn’t have to come pick up her flowers plus she doesn’t drive very well in her old age. I was however able to have a family member go and pick them up and when I called to ask if I can have my delivery cost deducted I was told no since the driver made an attempt. …..with no flowers delivered. Absolutely disgusted with their business ethics! If you purchase from them please use caution.
