I’ve been to several different Black Angus steakhouses and this was by far the worst. Customer service was excellent and during the pandemic all protocols were followed including by staff. The waiter was prompt and efficient. Our party was sizable but our waitress was efficient and was able to handle all our orders timely. The food was not delicious at all. Not for sure if the pandemic was the issue but the food was not fresh and of good quality. I know that this is a chain steakhouse but still, the food was barely passable. A no-go for this location.

We were 4 people for dinner. One of the most disappointing things about this restaurant is that they haven’t had thousand island salad dressing for a long time and they still don’t have it! Why, when it’s one of the easiest things to make and have? Their prices have gone up and some of the portions of the food have shrunk. But their steaks and fried zucchini are still really good. The restaurant is limited now with seating and servers so it is a little slower. We hope that changes next week because we really like this restaurant. The only thing is they need to bring back chicken wings and salad dressing and try some different desserts because they have had the same ones forever. And for god’s sake, make some real salads with lots of tomatoes and cucumbers and maybe some beets like there used to be in the salads here years ago.
