Great store, the Produce Department employees know the store more than anyone else in the store, nobody else including the managers aren’t helpful at all, a young man named Darrion is a wonderful and respectful lad, he’s there a lot and is hard worker.

I like BJ’s generally speaking. They have good products, some at very reasonable prices. However, steer clear of BJ’s Online purchase and curbside pick-up. It’s a nightmare. Not only is the service terrible, when you go in and tell them about it, they couldn’t be bothered making it right, getting off their duffs and getting you your products that you have already payed for and waited for. I thought the whole idea was that you don’t have to go in the store? Guess I was wrong. We waited an hour and a half the other night to pick up $76 worth of product. My wife wound up going in and gathering up the order herself while I waited at the car to see if they came out with it, like they promised. They didn’t come out with it. Then they said we were scheduled to come tomorrow, even though we showed them the email that said to come that night. They were not helpful or concerned about the customer or the customer’s time and money. Then as a consolation, the manager gave us a $15 gift card. So we got paid $10 an hour for our efforts and for doing their jobs. Even the order pickers make more than that. No thank you BJ’S…

My mom just wen to store to get groceries the cashier was nasty person yelling at her for her error and told he that our membership waz expired and is not she is a secondary in the accounting need card to be change freaking lady didn’t tell her just told her can’t sale to her.. ill cancel my membership ill go to Costco don’t need for this people.. bad customer service don’t go there
