I do like this place, and I want to give it 5 stars, but if I’m being completely honest here I think the process could be a little quicker. Check-in tends to be a slow process as well as getting setup. It seems like everyone takes their time, which is OK if you have the extra time but I like to get back to my kids as soon as possible. I end up taking a total of 2-3 hours every trip because I live in EC. Also, the bathroom inside the donation room could use a clean up and a restock. BUT, that’s not to say that the staff isn’t friendly and the facility isn’t clean. Everyone seems nice and willing to help with any questions, concerns or discomforts. The rest of the facility is pretty immaculate. The initial process takes 2-3 hours but you get compensation for donating. You get 50 bucks for the first two visits, then 75 for visits 3-6 (just be sure to donate twice or by law they have to throw your first donation out) AND you get your name put in a raffle every time you come, I believe. Do the benefits outweigh the cons? Yeah, I’d say more or less! Will I be back? YES!
