First time visiting here and it was a great experience, called my order in to have a piece of glass cut for a broken window pane, they were helpful and friendly over the phone, took my dimensions, called me when it was ready to pick up.The price was less than most of the other shops in town, they wrapped the glass extra securely for me for transport so that it wouldn’t crack or break from the drive.It fit perfect and I couldn’t be happier Be safe, have fun, make memories,✌

They used to be really good, however recently their customer service has gone down the drain. They are always super late with their glass cuts, they’ll tell us it’ll be ready on Monday but has been taking close to a week longer to get it. We have a big account so we got a discount but they keep overcharging us, and it really isn’t worth the hassle anymore.

We set my appointment up and I received the phone call from the Tech as he headed my way.Ryan arrived at my house to measure my new table for a glass top….while he was explaining different kinds of glass tops and edge options, Amazon delivered three packages. As Ryan was leaving he asked if he could get the packages into the house for me…..what a relief it was for me as I am disabled. He didn’t need to do this but the point is …… he did.That one act of kindness and true above and beyond customer service has made me a loyal customer of Binswanger Glass Amarillo #17.
