Thanks BikesByBrian! I tried three other bike shops before finding Brian on Google.I own a Yamaha E-bike and the gears were skipping. Seemed like a rather easy fix to me. But three bike shops later, including a Yamaha Certified Dealer, could not fix the problem. I explained what was happening and what I thought the issue was, but no one would listen to me. I ended paying over $400 for the cable to be changed and other various parts, but my bike continued to skip. I brought my bike to Brian, he aligned the derailleur, replaced a couple of parts that I purchased on Amazon and now my bike is running like new. Needless to say, Brian is my new bike technician. 5 stars!

I had a great experience today with Brian. He bled and tuned up my hydraulic brakes in a matter of 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and confident and the work was done very cleanly and professionally. Brian was very accommodating to my schedule and was able to slot me in within a day of calling him. Brian is my new go to bike repair guy in Marin.
