Bought a bike from this store and the customer service was great. They attended me quickly and helped me find the exact bike with the color and size that I was looking for. They made the process very quick and easy for me. Very good prices and great customer service all around.

The staff is very customer service focused. Bert was very honest with us as we had a bunch of questions. You can honestly talk about anything bike with them there. They are all bike fanatics. Fun conversations.Price wise, they are comparable to other bike shops in the area and sometimes cheaper. We looked at a few shops before deciding to shop at Revolution Bike Shop. I purchased a Retrospect Beaumont size 50 frame and saved about $50 compared to other shops.The bike shop currently focuses on bike sales and repairs. They do not have a lot of accessories for sale in case that is what you are looking for. I think they might have more accessories after the pandemic.Overall, I think they really value customer service and customer loyalty so I will definitely keep them in mind when it’s time to upgrade bikes!

Would highly recommend this shop, they went out of their way to fix my e-bike(which they apparently haven’t sold in years) and now it’s as good as new. Thanks again if there’s any other problems with my bike then I’ll Ik where to go.
