Manager Ken went beyond the call of duty for me!! I brought in my son’s mountain bike tire to figure out the tube insert that I bought a week ago. We thought we bought a size too big. Manager Ken took the patience to help me figure out how to install the tube and made it fit perfectly into the tire and around the rim. I’m not a bicyclist fixer. But thank goodness for the exceptional service and guidance from Diana and Ken. And for not “charging” me extra. Customer service at its best. Thanks you two!!
