Road there on a flat (and a hope and a prayer) after blowing out on the freeway, and of course his shop wasn’t even open. No one answered the phone and I was left stranded in his parking lot because he’s a tire business that can’t open their doors during the work week. Really disappointed and a waste of time!

Tires were great. However their service is a different story. One of the employees convinced me to try the payment plan. He lied by saying it would only be $33 every other week. As I was filling out the application, he also told me to lie about my income so I should have known something was not right here. Turns out, by doing the payment plan I was charged an extra $111 and there are lots of taxes I was not told about. The owner tried to lie by saying I was giving all the info upfront and I was not. The owner never told me all those taxes would be included and that it would cost me more to do the plan. Never ever do the payment plan if they offer it to you they are downright scamming you and not even saying anyting

Went to a local tire shop was sold “new” tires went to Zacks and was told that they were old tires because of the weather rotten everything on them also they stripped my Lugnuts and broke one of my Lugnuts screws. thank God for big Zack‘s because he informed me that it was very dangerous to drive on the Lugnuts that they had put in insisted that I order new ones got my tires for me all four at a really good price….. and before this visit I went to them because I accidentally got the thread from a portable air compressor stuck on my tire they read it for me for free and then informed me that I needed new tires which I already knew and I told him where I was going to go and they insisted that I not go there because they were not a reputable shop and I completely agree cause the ones that could cause harm to me and my family due to their incompetent work on my tires
