I had an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation, but on assessment, found out my lack of maintenance with my truck had finally caught up to me. Long story short, Angelo guided me with choosing which things needed immediate attention, and which things could wait for another time. These were hazardous things Jiffy Lube didn’t catch or mention upon my last maintenance. Angelo even broke out a map of my truck to explain things to me. He and Josh catered to my convenience with scheduling and payment options. Also, (having recently moved here from LA) it was super nice to have them greet you by name when you walk in the door. Five stars isn’t enough for the crew at Big O in Merced!
