I came in for the 60k maintenance for my corolla. I was dreading this whole ordeal, but Alonzo made sure everything went smoothly & in a timely manner. I appreciate Alonzo being upfront about what to expect/giving me details about what they’re going to do to my car & keeping his promises with time deadlines. I would definitely go back.

The customer service/support is extremely not efficient. It was supposed to be a simple phone call which ended up taking 30 mins.I was talking on the line with Jackie. She kept putting me on hold, for a total of 3 or 4 times. She would put me on hold for a simple question about the cost/discount, and then 5 mins later after being put on hold, she would apologize and started working on the question (then what did you put me on hold for?), and then for the worst part, she put me on hold again.The whole time she sounded very sleepy and not being efficient/mindful about the time we are on the phone. I am very disappointed/not happy with the service.

The company did a bad job on my car and what’s worse, it left the oil cap open, filled the vehicle with oil and may have compromised the engine. The exchange was on Monday (04/27/21) and I only realized this on Saturday (05/01/21). Now what should I do ??? they lost the car keys and more.
