I went in to have a flat repaired and it turned out that ALL of my tires needed to be replaced and it would be totally out of my budget to make such a purchase. Luckily Big O has payment options even if you have less that good credit. I was able to get 4 brand new tires with only $30 down payment and the rest I have a few paychecks to use to pay the rest. I am happy with the tires and the service I received.

Good place if you like waiting for your car for hours even if it is like tire repair. They say it is ready at 4 pm,and you will be waiting for your car for 1 more hour after 4pm. Other than that, one of the staff is extremely rude and acts like you owe him something.What I am trying to say is that it is fun

Reasonably-priced, prompt service, and Phillip is great to work with. The staff could afford to be more careful when handling the car (wheels), but Phillip and team will make things right where necessary. Really happy with my new tires.
