I’m usually skeptical about going to any automotive repair shop which my brother recommended. I was greeted by a professional who really knew his craft for I have worked in the automotive repair industry.I needed to buy four tires for my wife’s car. Isaac and the Big O tire team at the Bermuda Dunes location not only knew what they were doing but got me out of there in a short period of time. Worst Customer Service experience that I’ve had in 20 years. This is a busy shop I understand that, which is why I checked in the day prior to the day of service. I was told to show up at 8am and get an early start as a walk-in. I did exactly that and after 3 hours of waiting outside in the heat I checked on my car since most of the work had already been completed. I wad a simple need of just an oil change and tire rotate. When I checked in, I was told that my car had been pulled out of the lineup bc the crews were working on a car of a customer that had an appointment and those customers dropped their car off, I was the only one waiting. So I waited 4 1/2 hours outside n the heat for an oil change and rotate.Terrible communication and customer management, no way would I ever do business with this shop again.

These are guys beyond amazing & helpful. Not only are they super fast but very friendly, Isaac & Anthony were both very nice guys & super efficient. This is why I always bring my cars to this Big O Tires location in Bermuda Dunes, the service & quality of their work is unparalleled. Thank you again Anthony & Isaac, I’ll be back as usual. 20 out of 10 stars.
