I got here at 9:30am and they estimated an hour, two whole hours later and they tell me they haven’t even started on my vehicle. I don’t mind long waits, but I do mind when employees waste my time. Employees are nice, but if you’re coming here do not expect your car back anytime soon.

Great tire place! Under new ownership and gaining business quickly!!! Super professional and friendly!!! They had me in and out with a new set of tires within a couple hours of calling for a quote. They also beat America’s Tire and Discount Tire prices too!!! They offer the same deal with rotations included with purchase. They also immediately caught that America’s Tire had put the wrong size tires on my car and had let it be for a couple years. Also checked and topped off the oil for long trip.Highly recommend this spot for!!!

Over the weekend my car had to be Big O Tires because of a flat tire. The service I received from Phil, Ivan and Big O Tires from the service department was awesome. They even washed my car and worked with my immediate needs. It is this type of service that puts a huge smile on my face.
