Good store for furniture! I bought a great memory foam bed with a platform frame that has so much storage space underneath. I love it!

My grama purchase some couches from this store located in Turlock ca. The couches look nice and well made at first until a week later the material started falling off and the wood is the cheapest wood I have ever seen. She lives by Herself so no kids to damages the material or wood. The support of the couch which is wood started breaking and falling apart. So we called the store to see if we could get a refund and said yes. We rented a truck to take the coaches back once we arrive the manager there said that he didn’t approve the return. We explain to him that we had called and talk to one of their employees he said no that he had to approve it. Anyways we wasted money to take them he didn’t want to refund the money for some cheap made couches they only offer a replacement but they had to order them first. My point is that if you pay over 800 for new couches they should last longer than one week. Really bad customer service not sure how they are still open or how they have loyal customers I will not be return to buy anything from big lots ever again.
