I was at the Simi Valley, CA store. I went for a twin/full bed frame. I had three people looking for the frame. My phone said they had it in the store. Neither of the three could find the item. I went to the front desk, The lady had lost her voice and could not be understood. She called someone, he came up front. Went back and found the item. The cashier scanned the item. It did not come up with the price discounted. She could not make any changes. She called another person, he came up front. He had no authority to make an override. Therefore six people in the store could not either find or sale the item to me. This is a large store and no service. It does not even deserve one star rating.
