Clean, organized and good products at very reasonable prices. The employees are lively and helpful. One lady in particular was so sweet and was giving me her own opinion about certain products. I really appreciated her honesty and one conversation lead to another, she also gave me gardening pointers. I felt as if I’ve know her forever by the time I was ready to check out. 🙂

Gone are the Good ol’ Days when Big Lots was actually an overstock and/or closeout store. It was fun shopping when you find a great limited deal or closeout and then find your desired size or color. This is just not possible anymore as all these Big Lots stores have been remodeled to look the same and now carry regular stock, overpriced merchandise and cheap furniture. Honestly, what you have changed your stores to, anyone could’ve gotten at any Walmart or grocery and most likely lesser priced than you. $11 for fish oil? Come on man!

Love this store. They are always helpful. Adrian in the furniture department went out of his way to help us with a computer desk then brought it out to the car. Excellent customer service unlike that store that begins with Wal……..Will be back most definitely!!
