Big lots was horrible shelves were empty merchandise thrown everywhere employees wandering around talking to each other instead of cleaning the place and taking care of things two people working up front 12 people in line it was disgusting .would not recommend. Haven’t been there in about a year I used to shop there a lot and it was much nicer place it’s still a nice store it’s just an empty store with nobody doing anything in it

I went in to inquire about a bed for are spare room. They didn’t have the one we wanted. The employee helped as much as possible, even on the phone. They do not do inter store transfers, so you have to go to another store. (Big Lots Store) ♂️Big Lots listen up! You need Wi-Fi in your stores, it’s a must have !!
