Oscar helped me out as soon as I walked in. He took my info and then looked at my tires after. Oscar was very informative on what I wanted done to my car and was very professional especially when answering my questions and concerns. I left my car there. Oscar called me later that my rear brakes needed to be replaced. I straight asked Oscar to be honest with me and with everything he was telling me, I believed him. Oscar went as far as taking before and after pictures of my rear brakes and I’m so happy that I said yes to fix it. Oscar went above and beyond his duties which made me appreciate him even more. The other guys were also just as nice as Oscar. My car is driving so much better and I’ll be going back there in the future. Well as long as Oscar is there. Thank you again Oscar for the best customer service ever. Yes, I would recommend this location specifically to my family and friends.

This place had great customer service and was competitive with pricing ! New Cooper tires and leveling kit helps my Tacoma look and feel like a REAL truck !! I’ll definitely go back for brakes , tires , maintenance etc.

My experience at Big brand was outstanding. Although they were very busy oh, they were very professional and acknowledged my presence even though my wait was long, and that was okay with me. The service was very great. They did try to upsell. And that’s fine with me too I would do the same if I were in their shoes. All in all I will go back and get more tires and also my brakes done there and I would recommend Big Brand to anybody else that happens to read this.
