Took my car to the Oxnard location after being concerned that I possibly had something stuck on my tire like a nail. Thomas had my car in a timely manner. My tire got checked and had air put in them. My tire was all good and nothing wrong with it. These guys always get their job don’t effectively and promptly

I needed work on my car that honestly I could not afford. Due to circumstances, I had to delay the work, and I forgot to get a quote. All I had was a number in my head. When I came in to do the service, Thomas and Sean were both very helpful. They helped get my bill down a bit, and because I needed to leave my car there overnight, Sean provided me with a lift home. I’m certain this is a usual service offered, but the friendliness and genuine care provided to me was truly heartwarming. Customer service has gone to the wayside by most places nowadays, but I was treated with kindness at a difficult place in my life and I will remember that for a long time to come. Thank you Sean for the kind words.
