We always love coming to this location of Big 5. It’s clean, large and enough retail space to be very organized. As a customer, I don’t feel overwhelmed by products in this store. It’s always clean, always well staffed, and in order. I also appreciate how I can depend on knowing they have a clearly appointed clearance/marked down area for their shoes, separate from their regular priced shoes. These shoes are all name brand and just as nice! We prefer to buy our shoes from this section for our growing family.

I was there to buy a red dot to a pellet gun and was given the display one to look at. I decided to get that item. When I got home I opened the box and as soon as I pull it out these little pieces of trash fall out. I had got the display item – must’ve happened when I turned away-, NOT A NEW one. Second the item is all scrapped up, the battery was dead. I grab the receipt to see if maybe I was given a discount I immediately called the store and Moe was able to kindly help me out with the issue.
