Horrible.Bought a washer & dryer to support a small business during covid. Should of just went to Home Depot where the unprofessional owner referred me when the washer and dryer stopped working a week after I bought it!!!! Told me “ there’s no return policy, this isn’t Home Depot “. DO NOT BUY!!! Buy from Home Depot where they value there return policy’s and act more professional than showing up to someone’s home slamming the washer and dryer around with a horrible attitude because there worker didn’t show to work.Honestly, very disappointed with the owners. If I could give 0 stars I would.Reputation goes a long way especially in a small town and I’m not the first with this issue but the first with this review.If the owners decide to be adults, get the knowledge of fixing appliances instead of watching YouTube videos. I’ll be gladly to fix this issue & remove this.Until then, I would never refer anyone to them! Like the rest of locals say! You have my contact information, be adults. Come with respect & fix your mess!
