I think words fall short when trying to describe my experiences with Eric and the staff at Bicycle World. I have been a customer since I was old enough to ride there on two wheels.Lately I’ve had some installations, customizations, and augmentations done to a bike that I had built years ago.The attention to detail is impeccable. But what is the most impressive factor is the customer service. They make you feel important. They handle your case with up front honesty. They also give options as to repairs/components.Bottom line, I put my trust in them completely. I use my bike for pleasure and my commute. It’s practically my daily driver.
